Digital Products & Consulting Services
By purchasing a digital product, consultation, coaching session, workshop, course, template, guide, resource, or other service from Taneka Walker LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Services
Taneka Walker LLC provides educational information, digital resources, consulting, coaching, and business or professional development support.
All information, products, and services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Clients are responsible for deciding how to apply the information provided.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Digital downloads
E-books and guides
Templates and worksheets
Courses and recorded trainings
Workshops and webinars
Consulting sessions
Coaching sessions
Strategy sessions
Digital resources and toolkits
Because digital products may be accessed, downloaded, viewed, or delivered immediately, refunds, exchanges, and credits are not provided once a purchase is completed.
Consulting & Appointment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled consulting or coaching sessions at the confirmed date and time.
Rescheduling requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and require a new booking and payment.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
No Guarantee of Results
Taneka Walker LLC does not guarantee specific results, income, business growth, sales, clients, opportunities, approvals, outcomes, or success from the use of any digital product, consulting service, strategy, training, or recommendation.
Examples, testimonials, case studies, revenue examples, or past client results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future results.
Every client’s circumstances, experience, resources, market, implementation, and results are different.
Client Responsibility
The client acknowledges that success requires active participation, consistent effort, implementation, and personal responsibility.
Clients are responsible for:
Completing recommended action steps
Implementing strategies discussed during consulting
Reviewing materials and resources provided
Making informed business or personal decisions
Seeking appropriate professional advice when needed
Remaining consistent with implementation and follow-through
Purchasing a product or consulting service does not replace the work required to achieve a desired result.
Results depend heavily on the client’s own effort, execution, consistency, decision-making, and circumstances.
Educational Information
Information provided by Taneka Walker LLC is based on experience, education, professional knowledge, research, and general best practices.
Information may not apply to every individual, business, or situation.
Clients are responsible for independently evaluating recommendations before making financial, legal, tax, business, employment, or other significant decisions.
Intellectual Property
All digital products, training materials, templates, videos, guides, presentations, worksheets, branding materials, and other content provided by Taneka Walker LLC are protected intellectual property.
Unless written permission is provided, clients may not:
Resell materials
Reproduce materials for commercial use
Distribute or share paid materials with others
Upload materials to public websites or platforms
Claim Taneka Walker LLC materials as their own
Copy, modify, or repurpose materials for resale
Purchases are for the buyer’s personal or internal business use only unless a separate commercial license is provided.
Digital Product Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining access to the email address, device, software, or platform used to receive digital products.
Taneka Walker LLC is not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect email addresses, unsupported devices, third-party platforms, expired download links, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taneka Walker LLC shall not be responsible for losses, damages, lost revenue, lost profits, missed opportunities, business decisions, or other consequences resulting from the use or inability to use its products, services, recommendations, or materials.
Clients accept responsibility for their own decisions and implementation.
Testimonials and Examples
Testimonials, reviews, success stories, examples, and client experiences may represent individual results.
They are not intended to suggest that every purchaser or client will achieve the same or similar outcome.
